P Cross Bar Ranch
The P Cross Bar Ranch is a family owned and operated cattle ranch, hunting, and outfitting operation. We are the third generation on the ranch and have been outfitting and guiding hunters since 1949. Our guides and crew have been with us for many years.
Marion & Mary Scott
Marion and Mary were married in 1953. Together they have created a successful cattle ranch and outfitting business. They have raised 4 wonderful daughters, have 11 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Marion and Mary got the sheep hunting bug over 40 years ago. Both have a grand slam of North American Wild Sheep along with 15 other North American species each.
In 1992, Marion and Mary were honored as North American Professional hunter of the year by SCI and in 2003 they were honored with the C.J. McElroy leadership award also by SCI. In 2012, SCI honored them as one of the founding exhibitors of SCI.
Marion retired his outfitters license at the end of 2017 hunting season. Grandson, Patrick Fiedor has been a guide since 2007 and became a partner in the LLC in 2018. He is now the licensed outfitter and will continue the family tradition of providing quality hunts for our many clients.

Pat was born and raised in Sheridan, Wyoming. He's lived in Wyoming the majority of his life. Pat enjoys the outdoors, including being an avid hunter and fly fishing since he was a young
kid. Pat and his wife Amanda have four children and reside on the family ranch north of Gillette. They enjoy raising cattle with their children and the other members of the family. Pat has guided hunters for P Cross Bar Trophy Hunts, LLC since 2007 and was able to obtain his Outfitters license in 2018. Now, being part owner of P Cross Bar Trophy Hunts, he enjoys guiding hunts with his good friends and guides, Mick and Kevin Wolf. Pat looks forward to continuing to provide quality hunts to all their clients and bringing great memories for all who hunt with P Cross Bar.

I have been guiding for P Cross Bar since 2011. I've been a Wyoming resident for 36 years, and an avid, dedicated hunter for all of them. Throughout my many years scouting this terrain, I have learned that Wyoming provides some of the greatest opportunities for successful hunts. I am committed to creating a memorable experience during every guided hunt. I enjoy overcoming the challenges involved. Together, we can put a trophy on your wall and supper on your table.
